This blog was born out of my desire to share what I have learned, what I have taught and role-modelled to others, and the work-in-progress that is my own growth.
I love God and follow Jesus. I believe that to be authentic, to be myself, means to show the outworking of my faith and values in the day-to-day.
I like to write and this blog is one channel to express this. Since I have diverse interests, this blog also weaves these into my writing.
I share to encourage thinking, reflection and action in others, so lives are impacted for greater good, at work, at home, with friends and community. I respect the privacy of others, so some stories and anecdotes are written to protect their privacy.
I like robust, inspiring, constructive, and thought-provoking conversations.
I believe that words are life. You can use them to heal or kill, to build up or tear down. I choose life. I choose to build up.
